2. Standard
-Only the rooms with kitchen and bathroom sharing (NO - Dstv or lounge area available)

4 bedroom units.
Sharing 2 bathrooms and open plan kitchen and lounge.

Kitchen and Lounge
The common area will consist of an open plan kitchen and lounge area, which will be shared by the 2, 3 or 4 tenants staying together in the unit.

*Washing rack for drying the dishes

*Blinds on all windows

Lounge would include the following:

Cleaning
We have cleaning ladies that clean the Lounge , Kitchen and bathrooms in all the units Monday – Friday & every second Saturday. They are under no circumstances allowed in the bedrooms and the dishes is the residents duty to clean. It is up to the residents to keep their own room neat and tidy. Having a clean unit means having a pest free unit.

Office & Maintenance
The office is open
Monday to Friday 08h00 till 16h00
Saturday 08h00 till 12h00

We check the units on a weekly basis to see if there is any problems in the units and to check if the cleaners are doing their jobs correctly. All round maintenance is done on a daily basis to ensure complete safety for all the residents.
