NeXuS IT Solutions operates a No Fix - No Fee policy. This works very simply, if i cannot resolve the issue you will not be billed.

On rare occasions we can only offer a diagnosis for the fault as the fix is
just not economically viable for the PC. If we can establish what the problem
is but you decide not to go ahead with the repair/fix you will still be
charged. Some problems like virus removal can be very lengthy and can be
cheaper for you if the PC is repaired at our one of our workshops, this will
only ever be done with your approval.

If you have an internet connection we will connect to you and resolve the
issues you are experiencing. All problems that cannot be resolved over the
internet will be done with an onsite support. Currently only doing the Pretoria
area with onsite consulting.

With a standard call out fee of R250 and R150 p/h.
Online support via Remote Desktop support costs will vary.
