Family wishing to relocate to South Africa either in Port Elizabeth or Cape Town. What is the process to immigrate to South Africa? We intend to run a guesthouse business or open a fashion boutique in South Africa.

I will need more information from you to be able to try and assist you on the process of immigrating to South Africa.

Do you already have visas? Do you still need to have a business registered in South Africa? How much investment do you have?

You have to have a specific amount of money in your bank account to get a business visa. South African Home Affairs department has to be sure that you can open a business. You will then need to get a business visa which you can arrange with South African Embassy or High Commission in your country.
