The college prides itself in taking a holistic approach to education and embracing all spheres of a child development. Excelling in academic, sport and cultural activities is their focus. The College services the communities like Elardus Park, Erasmuskloof, Faerie Glen, Garsfontein, Lynnwood Glen, Mooikloof, Moreleta Park, Olympus, Silver Lakes and The Wilds.


Woodhill College sits in a 14 ha sized property adjacent to Woodhill Residential Estate and Country Club. It was launched in March 1999 and started trial operations with only 128 learners. With so much land area, the school began growing in children numbers and infrastructure. The administration centre, the foundation section, amphitheatre and student lounge , the library, computer centre, music room and laboratory are some of the buildings that are standing tall in the college today. The college was opened in January 2001 with 236 learners from grade 000 to grade 9, and 33 members. The college has about 1200 learners today and staff complement has also grown to about 136 permanent staff, 43 coaches from outside staff complement and 32 other service providers.

The school has 24-hour access controlled security. It offers a lot of facilities like 13 sporting codes, a 25 metre heated pool, a cricket oval with an athletics track, rugby, soccer, hockey fields and 6 all weather netball and tennis courts. The college auditorium can seat over 1000 people. You will also find a tuck shop, a uniform shop and a staffed Remedial Department is on the college premises.
