Potential expat to Pretoria

Hi, I am soon to relocate to Pretoria where my husband has been appointed as a diplomat. We would like to live in a security gated estate preferably very near to a very good primary school for our 10 year old daughter.We would like to rent a 4 bedroom plus study family home. Please advise good areas to look at .

House for Rent it Garsfontein Pretoria

We need to rent out our house from the end of July and would preferably like to work through an agent that finds accommodation for diplomats but have been looking for such agents. Our house is large with a large garden. Main bedroom with en-suite bathroom, plus 2 other bedrooms, separate toilet, bath/shower room. Open plan living room and dining room. Kitchen, laundry room, outside toilet, study, and extra TV room. Carport for 2 cars. Electric front gate and security system.

We are ideally situated near everything: schools, malls etc. We have a neighbourhood watch scheme for security with our own patrol car and volunteers that patrol at night.Some people choose to use walkie talkies. As a result crime is minimal in our area so we don't have to live in typically smaller homes that are in security complexes. Within walking distance we can get groceries, postal services, medical services and there is a lovely nature reserve close by where we go for walks in the morning as well as a park for families.
Are you looking for furnished accommodation? We are willing to store our furniture. We have lived here since 1991. We are initially wanting to rent out our house for 1 year but may need to rent it for 2.
