| PROPERTY NEWS I just had a small chat with my favourite Real Estate Agent in Pretoria East, Minnie. Well it turns out recession is over and property owners are all smiles. The media blew the property price recovery a little out of proportion apparently. Minnie had a vacant stand's price doubled by the seller just last week. It's basically taken to its pre-recession price. I doubt if the bargains that you see in the market today will see the New Year. Off course I asked her to send me a postcard of one of her best bargains yet. |
