This is the Pretoria Campus of the Crawfords Schools, which was founded in the Lukasrand suburb of Pretoria as Carmel school. The school was acquired by Graeme Crawford, and it was then named, Crawford College Pretoria. New buildings were built for Preparatory School and College, the old Carmel facilities were taken over. The buildings were revamped and extended in the year 2005 and art studio, new media center, design and technology studio was established. The school has many sporting facilities like tennis courts, a swimming pool, basketball courts and a cricket field. The school performs well when it comes to swimming. In fact, they even won the Co-Ed Inter-High Gala in 2005, 2006, and 2007. Many South African Olympic Team Swimmers today were from this college.
