There is no need for us to argue about this matter,its very simple.The man that wants to complete the deal is the one that will bring the 200 dollars to send to you.The man said that he needs the POA to be sure that his name has been written in the Power of Attorney as the new beneficiary before he can release the 200 dollars to me to send to you.

I believe you are not a baby,you are a man so lets do things like matured men.If you send the POA we will not send you only 200 dollars,we will send you all the money you spent in the course of the transaction if you still have the records.

So my brother since you think that 300 euro is too big for you to spend and get your USD4.5 million,I want you not to waste more time in sending the POA so that we can complete the deal and send you your expenses.
